Spinach Mandarin Salad

1 bunch fresh spinach, washed and torn in bite size pieces
8 strips of bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
2 oz. bag slivered almonds, lightly toasted in butter and drained on paper towels

Dressing:
¼ cup white wine vinegar
¾ cup sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 medium onion, diced
1 cup salad oil

For dressing, beat vinegar, sugar, salt, Worcestershire and onion together in blender or with electric mixer. Add oil slowly while mixer is running to prevent dressing from separating.
Toss dressing with salad ingredients or serve separately.
