Crab Rangoon Dip

1 (8 ounce) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. milk
¼ tsp. garlic powder
6 ounces imitation crab meat
¼ cup sliced green onion
1 tsp. dried  parsley
Salt and pepper
¼ cup sweet and sour sauce
1 (12 ounce) pkg. wonton wrappers
Nonstick cooking spray
Parmesan cheese


To make the dip:

Beat the cream cheese until it is smooth and creamy.

Add the remaining ingredients (except wonton wrappers, cooking spray and parmesan cheese).

When ready to serve, microwave or put in the oven to warm.

Top with sweet and sour sauce.


To make wonton chips:

Cut each wonton wrapper in half.

Spray with nonstick cooking spray (on the pan and on top of the wrapper) and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

Bake for 5-7 minutes at 375 degrees or until slightly brown.
