Chicken Spaghetti

1 5 pound chicken, stewed
1 pound bacon, diced
2 large onions, thinly sliced
2 pounds tomatoes
1 15 oz. can tomato sauce
½ lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 cup stuffed olives, sliced
1 pound spaghetti, cooked
3 cups grated Cheddar cheese

Remove meat from the stewed chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces and set aside. Fry bacon in a large skillet until brown. Remove bacon from pan and all but 2 tablespoons grease.
Brown onions in the grease, then add bacon, tomatoes, mushrooms, olives, and tomato sauce. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Butter a 9 X 13 pan and layer the spaghetti, chicken mixture and cheese. The casserole may be put in the refrigerator overnight.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until thoroughly heated and bubbling.
