Honey Mustard Bread

¾ cup water
2 cups white bread flour
1 cup wheat flour
1 Tbsp. dry milk
¼ cup honey
1 tsp. salt
½ cup chicken broth
2½ Tbsp. gourmet mustard
2 tsp. minced onion
3 tsp. active dry yeast or 2 tsp fast rise yeast

This is a bread machine recipe. If making it from scratch, begin by dissolving yeast in ¾ cup warm water and set aside. In a medium bowl, combine white bread flour, wheat flour, dry milk, salt, and minced onion. Add yeast mixture, honey, chicken broth, and gourmet mustard. Stir to combine. Knead until smooth. Put dough in lightly greased bread pan. Cover and let rise until doubled in size, about 30 minutes. Bake at 375 degrees for about 30 minutes or until it sounds hollow when tapped.
