Recipe Courtesy of Sarah Wientjes1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1 (8 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained 1 cup sour cream 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese 4 (2 oz.) pkgs. thin deli beef or corned beef, chopped (Budding brand)
Mix all ingredients together in a crock pot.
Cook on low until cheese is melted.
Serve with crackers or rye bread.
