Bacon Cheeseburger Dip

1 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
1 large onion, chopped
½ lb. ground beef
6 slices bacon
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1½ cup shredded cheddar & Monterey Jack
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. garlic powder
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Potato chips, for serving

Preheat oven to 350. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add oil. Cook onions until soft, 4 to 5 minutes. Add beef and cook until no longer pink, 6 to 8 minutes.
Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to soak up grease.
Wipe off skillet and add bacon. Cook over medium heat until crispy, about 6 minutes, then transfer to a paper towel-lined plate. Once cool, crumble and transfer to a large bowl.
Add cooked hamburger and onions, cream cheese, cheese, Worcestershire, and garlic powder.
Season with salt and pepper. Transfer mixture to a baking dish and cook until warmed through and cheese is bubbly, 12 to 15 minutes. Serve hot with potato chips.
