Sopapilla Cheesecake Pie

2 8oz pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 cup white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 8oz. cans refrigerator crescent rolls
¾ cup white sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
½ cup butter, room temperature
¼ cup honey

Preheat oven to 350. Spray 9 X 13 pan. Beat cream cheese with 1 cup sugar and vanilla.
Unroll the cans of crescent roll dough and use rolling pin to shape into 9 X 13.
Press one piece into baking dish. Evenly spread cream cheese mixture into baking dish and cover with remaining piece of crescent dough. Stir together ¾ cup of sugar, cinnamon and butter. Dot the mixture over the top. Bake about 30 minutes. Remove from oven and drizzle with honey. Cool completely to serve. Cut into squares.
