Cream Cheese Blueberry
2/3 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 cup sugar, divided
¼ cup melted margarine
1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese
3 eggs, well beaten
1½ teaspoon vanilla
1 can (21 oz) Wilderness blueberry pie filling
Combine graham cracker crumbs, ¼ cup sugar and margarine, and press into a 9 X 13 pan. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add beaten eggs, remaining ¾ cup sugar vanilla and mix well.
Pour over crumbs. Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes. Spoon pie filling over top and refrigerate until set.
Cut into squares and serve with Cool Whip or ice cream.
