Party Potatoes

5 pounds potatoes, peeled
1 cup sour cream
1 8oz pkg. cream cheese
¼ tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. salt or to taste
¼ tsp. onion salt
2 Tbsp. butter

Cook peeled potatoes in boiling salted water until tender. Drain and mash until smooth.
Add sour cream, cream cheese, pepper, and salts, and beat until light and fluffy.
Place potatoes in a greased 2 quart casserole and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika.
