Honey Wheat Bread

1 1/8 cups water
2½ cups white bread flour
½ cup wheat flour
1½ Tbsp. dry milk
1½ Tbsp. honey
1½ tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. butter
2 tsp. fast rise yeast or 3 tsp. active dry yeast

This recipe is for a bread machine. If you don’t have one, follow these instructions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Combine white bread flour, wheat flour, dry milk, and salt. Add yeast mixture to the flour mixture, the honey, and the butter. Knead on a lightly floured surface until smooth and elastic. Put in greased bread pan, cover with plastic wrap and cloth towel. Let rise until doubled, about an hour. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
