Honey Glazed Carrots

1 pound carrots, peeled and sliced diagonally
2 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. butter
Ground nutmeg

In a 2-quart sauce pan, place carrots in one inch of water.
Heat to boiling; reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes or until tender. Drain well.
Add honey and butter to carrots in saucepan.
Cook, stirring frequently until carrots are glazed.
Sprinkle with nutmeg.
