03/17/2014 Ham and Noodle Casserole
Ham and Noodle Casserole1 (12 oz.) package medium noodles 5 Tbsp. butter or margarine, divided ½ tsp. salt ¼ tsp. pepper 1 lb. cooked ham 5 eggs, beaten 1 ¾ cup milk
Prepare noodles according to package directions.
Quickly toss with 4 tablespoons of butter until melted.
Stir in salt, pepper and ham.
Pour into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
In a medium bowl, mix eggs and milk and pour over noodles.
Dot with 1 tablespoon of butter.
Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until light brown on top.
Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
