Fruit Compote Salad

1 (6 oz.) package lemon flavored gelatin
1½ cups boiling water
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate
1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange segments, drained
2 medium ripe bananas, sliced
In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water add orange juice and stir until well mixed.
Gently stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into 11 X 7 inch dish. Cover; refrigerate until firm (4 hours or overnight). Cut into squares.
