Accessory Meat Pie

16 oz. cream cheese, softened
1½ cups butter
1½ cups margarine
6-7 cups flour
1 lb. ground chuck
1 lb. ground sausage
2 small packages spaghetti mix
1 can black olives, chopped
1 small can mushrooms, chopped
12 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded

Blend first four ingredients in a food processor until a ball forms (divide into two separate batches for ease). Brown the ground chuck and sausage. Drain well. Add remaining ingredients and chill.
Roll small portion of the dough thin on a lightly floured surface. Cut into 4 inch circles with a biscuit cutter. Take circle in your hand and put a heaping tablespoon of meat mixture in center. Fold over and press edges with a fork. Prick tops with fork. Freeze individually on cookie sheets until firm.
Store in Ziploc bags. Bake frozen at 425 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until pastry is golden brown.
Makes about 6-7 dozen.
