Shrimp in Cream Sauce

2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1½ cups chicken broth
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup heavy whipping cream
½ cup minced fresh parsley
2 tsp. paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
2 lbs. cooked shrimp, thawed and tails removed
Hot cooked pasta or rice

In a small saucepan, melt butter; stir in flour until smooth. Gradually add broth and garlic. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Remove from the heat. Stir in the cream, parsley, paprika, salt and pepper. Grease a 9 X 13 pan and lay shrimp in bottom. Cover with sauce. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
