05/20/2013 Inside-Out Cheeseburgers
1 ½ lbs. ground beef (enough to make 4-5 burgers)
Cheese slices or shredded cheddar cheese
Season salt, onion salt & pepper (whatever seasoning you like on your burgers)
Form two thin patties for each cheeseburger. Place cheese between two patties and then pinch the outside seams shut on the burgers so no cheese is sticking out. Season as desired.
Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side (this will depend on how thick you make the hamburger patties).
These are great served with the buns lightly toasted!
