06/03/2013 Cream Puffs

Batter Mixture:

1 cup water
1/2 cup butter
1 cup flour
4 eggs, at room temperature

Bring the water and butter to a boil. Remove from the heat. Add flour all at once and stir rapidly until it falls away from the pan. Beat eggs in one at a time until combined. Drop by tablespoons onto a cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for about 30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool.

Pudding Mixture:

2 small packages instant pudding
3 1/2 cups milk
8 oz cream cheese

Mix well and chill until think.

You can fill the cream puffs with the pudding mixture or with cool whip and fresh fruit. Drizzle with chocolate syrup.
