Traditional Spinach Salad

2 quarts fresh torn spinach
4 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
8 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
4 oz. Swiss cheese sliced in julienne strips

Dressing:
2/3 cup olive oil
¼ cup red wine vinegar
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
½ tsp. curry powder
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. seasoned pepper
¼ tsp. garlic powder

Combine dressing ingredients in a jar, cover tightly and shake until well mixed. Set aside.
Place spinach in a large salad bowl. Sprinkle eggs, bacon, onion, and Swiss cheese over spinach.
Just before serving, toss with dressing.
