Mandarin Pasta Spinach Salad with Teriyaki Dressing

12 oz. bow tie pasta
6 cups spinach, washed & stemmed
½ cup Craisins or dried cranberries
1/3 cup cashews or pine nuts
1 8oz can Mandarin oranges, drained
1/4 cup cilantro roughly chopped (optional)

Dressing:
1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
½ tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. onion powder
¼ tsp. black pepper
2 Tbsp. sugar
½ cup oil

Cook pasta, drain, and rinse with cold water. While pasta is boiling, prepare dressing. Combine all ingredients and shake to combine. In a large bowl, toss pasta, spinach, Craisins, Mandarin oranges, and cilantro if desired. Pour dressing over salad just before serving, toss and serve.
