Three Seeds Bread

Recipe Courtesy of Cindy Schumacher

1 1/8 cup lukewarm water
3 1/3 cups white bread flour
2 Tbsp. dry milk
1½ Tbsp. sugar
1½ tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. butter, softened
1¾ tsp. dill seed
1¾ tsp. celery seed
1¾ tsp. caraway seed
1¾ tsp active dry yeast or 1½ tsp fast rise yeast

This recipe works best with a bread machine. If you are using a bread machine, add the water first and then the rest of the ingredients in order. Choose your desired setting.
If you don’t have a bread machine, follow these instructions:
Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water and set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine bread flour, dry milk, sugar, salt, and seeds. Pour yeast mixture into dry ingredients, add butter, and mix to combine.
On a floured surface, knead until smooth and elastic. Place in greased bread pan, cover with plastic wrap and then cloth towel. Set aside and let rise until doubled, about an hour. Brush with butter and bake at 375 until golden brown about 45 minutes in a bread loaf pan, 30 minutes in a French bread pan.
