Summer Breeze

2 cups flour
½ cup sifted powdered sugar
1 cup butter
4 beaten eggs
2 cups granulated sugar
1/3 cup lemon juice
¼ cup flour
½ tsp. baking powder
1 pint blueberries
1 recipe cream cheese filling (see below)

Sift together flour and powdered sugar. Cut in butter until mixture clings together. Press into two 7X11 baking pans. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes until lightly browned. Beat eggs until frothy. Add granulated sugar and lemon juice. Sift together ¼ cup flour and baking powder and stir into egg mixture.
Spread a layer of cream cheese filling over baked and cooled crust. Sprinkle blueberries over this layer and cover with egg mixture. Bake for 25 minutes.
Cut into squares and sprinkle with powdered sugar just prior to serving.

Cream Cheese filling:
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
6 Tbsp. sugar
1 egg
½ tsp vanilla

Mix cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Add sugar, egg and vanilla and beat well. Store any extra filling in the refrigerator until ready to use.
