Creamy Potato Casserole
Recipe Courtesy of Mary Wiest30 oz. package frozen hashbrowns, thawed 16 oz. sour cream 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese 1 can cream of chicken soup ½ cup chopped onion ¼ cup butter, melted Salt and pepper, to taste 2 Tbsp. parsley, optional
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
Transfer to an ungreased 2 quart baking dish and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
