Pork Tenderloins with Marinade

8 pork tenderloin cuts, 1 inch thick
1 clove garlic, pressed or ½ tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. dry mustard                              
½ tsp. salt                                         
1 tsp. ground ginger                                     
½ tsp. white pepper
1 cup soy sauce
½ cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup honey

Combine all dry ingredients and sift into soy sauce. Blend in oil and honey. Pour mixture over pork and marinate in refrigerator for 6-8 hours or overnight. Grill for about 10 minutes on each side. Use mixture as a baste throughout cooking process.
