2 10oz. pkgs. frozen spinach (thaw & drain)
1 8oz. pkg. cream cheese
6 Tbsp. butter
1 8oz. can artichoke hearts (drain & quarter)
½ cup Parmesan cheese
9-12 crushed buttery crackers (I use Ritz)
Melt together cream cheese and margarine (mixture will be lumpy).
Put spinach in an 8 X 8 casserole and spread cream cheese mixture over top.
Evenly distribute artichoke hearts, cheese, and crackers over this mixture.
Cover and bake 20 minutes at 350. (This recipe can be doubled and baked in a 9 X 13 pan.)
