Ham and Broccoli Biscuit Bake

 

2 ½ cups frozen broccoli, chopped
1 can condensed cream of potato soup, undiluted
1 ¼ cup milk, divided
1 tsp. garlic pepper blend
½ tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
¼ tsp. pepper
2 cups fully cooked ham, cubed
1 cup shredded cheddar-jack cheese
1 ½ cups biscuit/baking mix
1 egg

 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine broccoli, soup, ¾ cup milk and seasonings in a large saucepan; bring to a boil.

Reduce heat; add ham and cheese.

Cook and stir until cheese is melted.

Pour into a greased 11X7 baking dish.

Combine biscuit mix, egg and the remaining ½ cup of milk in a small bowl until moistened.

Drop dough by tablespoonfuls over ham mixture and spread gently.

Bake, uncovered for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
