Mocha Pudding Cups

1 ½ cups cold milk
½ cup brewed coffee, cooled
1 package instant chocolate pudding
12 Oreo cookies, divided
1 ½ cups Cool Whip, thawed

 

Add milk and coffee to dry pudding mix in a medium bowl; beat with wire whisk for 2 minutes until blended.

 

Spoon half of the pudding mixture evenly into 4 dessert dishes. Crumble Oreos, over each.

 

Gently stir the Cool Whip into the remaining pudding mixture.

 

Evenly spoon that into the dessert dishes.

 

Top with a whole Oreo on each dish.

 

Store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
