Chocolate Zucchini Cake

1/2 cup margerine
1/2 cup oil
1 and 3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 cups flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
4 Tbsp (or 1/4 cup) cocoa
1/2 cup sour milk
2 cups zucchini, grated
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Cream margarine, oil and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla and beat well. Add flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon.
To sour the milk, pour a little vinegar into milk until it gets thick. Stir the cocoa into the sour milk and add to the batter and mix well.
Fold in zucchini and chocolate chips.
Pour into a greased pan and bake at 340 degrees for 34-45 minutes.
