09/02/2013 Crockpot Steak
Recipe Courtesy of Kelly BrandnerRound or Tenderized Steak Beef Base Water
Brown the steak in a frying pan. Once it is browned place it in a crock pot with enough water to cover the meat and about 2 tablespoons of beef base.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours or overnight or on high for 4-5 hours.
For the gravy:1 can of cream of mushroom soup Water Beef Base
In a separate bowl whisk together about 2 cups of water and 2 tablespoons of beef base and the cream of mushroom soup. When it is combined, add it to the crockpot with the steak.
Turn the crockpot on high and let the gravy thicken for a few minutes. (Can add more beef base to taste.)
