Speedy Garlic Cheese Rolls

1 pkg. refrigerator dough breadsticks (8 in a roll)
2 Tbsp. olive oil
Garlic salt
½ cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
1 egg beaten

Open package of breadsticks and unroll as if one unit to make a big rectangle. With a pastry brush, lightly spread olive oil evenly over surface of dough. Sprinkle with garlic salt.
Sprinkle shredded cheese over surface of dough.
One at a time, roll a stick of dough up, pinwheel style, and place into greased muffin tin cup. Repeat for all eight pieces of dough. Brush tops of each roll with beaten egg. Bake at 350 for about 15 – 18 minutes or until golden brown.
