Cottage Dill Bread

¾ cup water
3 cups white bread flour
1½ Tbsp. dry milk
2 Tbsp. sugar
1½ tsp. salt
1½ Tbsp. butter
¾ cup small curd, low fat cottage cheese
1 Tbsp. dry onion
1 Tbsp. dill seed
1 Tbsp. dill weed
3 tsp. active dry yeast

This recipe works best if using a bread machine. If you don’t have one, follow these directions.
Dissolve yeast in ¾ cup warm water. Combine all the rest of the ingredients and knead until you have a soft dough. Grease a bread pan and place the dough in it. Flip the dough over to coat with grease and cover with plastic wrap and a towel. Put in a warm place and allow rise until double (1 hour).
Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
