Ripe Olive and Artichoke Salad

1 head Bibb or leaf lettuce, washed and dried
1 6 oz. jar marinated artichoke hearts, drain & chop
½ of a 10 oz. can pitted ripe olives halved
4 green onions sliced with tops
1 cup cherry or grape tomatoes
Parmesan cheese to taste
croutons to taste

Tear lettuce into bite-sized pieces and put in salad bowl. Toss in artichoke hearts, olives, green onions, and cherry tomatoes. Toss with salad dressing. Top with croutons and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
