Skillet Pork Chops with Potatoes and Onions

2 Tbsp. oil
4 pork chops
2 Tbsp. flour
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste
3 cubes beef bouillon
¾ cup hot water
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Sliced potatoes and onions


Heat oil in skillet over medium heat.

Coat the pork chops in flour and place in the skillet.

Brown for about 4 minutes on each side.


In a small bowl, mix the parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.

Sprinkle half of the cheese over the pork chops.

Cover pork chops with potatoes and sprinkle the remaining cheese over them.

Top with onion slices.


In a small bowl, dissolve the bouillon cubes in hot water. Stir in lemon juice.

Pour over pork chops and potatoes.


Cover skillet and reduce heat.

Simmer for 40 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
