4 cups tomatoes, peeled and diced
1 cup green pepper, chopped
1 cup onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
6 jalapeno peppers, minced
1 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
½ cup vinegar

Combine all ingredients and bring to a boil on medium heat. Reduce heat and simmer for one hour. Pack in hot jars and seal.
