Squaw Point Pork Chops with Lemon Dill Sauce

6 Tbsp. mayonnaise
6 Tbsp. sour cream
½ cup Dijon mustard
½ cup fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
8 tsp. minced fresh dill
4 boneless pork loin chops, 1½ inches thick
Combine all sauce ingredients. Pour ½ of sauce over chops, cover and refrigerate for 4-6 hours. Cover and refrigerate remaining sauce.
Remove chops, discarding marinade. Grill chops over medium coals for 9-11 minutes per side or to desired doneness. Brush top side of chips with Lemon Dill Sauce one minute prior to remove from grill. Pass remaining sauce.
