Garlic Mashed Red Potatoes

6 medium red potatoes, scrubbed and quartered with skins left on
4 garlic cloves peeled
1/3 cup butter
½ cup cream warmed
½ teaspoon salt
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Place potatoes in a large sauce pan; cover with water.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Drain well.
Sauté garlic cloves in olive oil until tender, then press or mash.
Add the garlic, butter, cream, and salt to potatoes. Mash. Stir in cheese.
