Autumn Fruit Salad with Greek Yogurt Dressing

2 Bartlett pears, diced
2 Apples (Honey Crisp, Pink Lady), diced
1 cup red grapes, halved
1/3 cup Greek yogurt
2 tsp. fresh grated lemon zest
1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 Tbsp. pure maple syrup (can substitute honey)
½ tsp. vanilla
½ tsp. cinnamon
¼ tsp. nutmeg
1/3 cup pecans, chopped

Place pears, apples, and grapes in a bowl. Toss gently and set aside.
In a small bowl, combine yogurt, lemon zest, lemon juice, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Combine with wire whisk. Pour over fruit and sprinkle with pecans. Serve immediately.
