Greek Salad

For salad:
1 head Romaine
1 red onion, thinly sliced
1 6oz. can pitted ripe olives
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
2 large tomatoes, chopped
1 cucumber sliced
1 cup crumbled feta cheese

For dressing:
¾ cup extra virgin olive oil
1 cup red wine vinegar
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. dried oregano
2 tsp. dried basil
1½ tsp. pepper
1½ tsp. salt
1½ tsp. onion powder
1 ½ tsp. Dijon mustard

Combine Romaine, olives, onion, peppers, tomatoes, cucumber, and feta cheese.
Whisk together olive oil, oregano, lemon juice, and pepper. Toss and serve.
