Meat Loaf

1 egg 
1 cup soft bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. celery salt
3 Tablespoons grated onion

Topping:

1/3 cup catsup                 
2 Tablespoon packed light brown sugar
1 Tablespoon prepared mustard

 

Beat egg.  Blend in milk.  Add rest of ingredients. Mix well.

Prepare topping and spread over the top of the meatloaf.

Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
