Harvest Pumpkin Bars

1 ½ cups sugar
¾ cup butter, softened
1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin
4 eggs
2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. ground cinnamon
Powdered sugar

Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine sugar, butter, pumpkin and eggs in a large bowl.
Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed.
Reduce speed to low; add flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
Beat, scraping the bowl often, until well mixed.

Pour into ungreased 15x10x1 inch jelly-roll pan. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool completely.

Place paper doily over cooled pumpkin bars; sprinkle bars with powdered sugar.
Carefully remove doily.
