10/07/2013 Pickled Cauliflower
Recipe Courtesy of Mary Wiest2 cloves of garlic 2-3 red chili peppers, broken in half ¾ Tbsp. pickling salt
Fill quart jar with cauliflower, green and red bell pepper strips, carrots, celery, cucumbers and onion.
Fill the jar with boiling white vinegar, seal and shake and let set for at least 2 weeks or more before eating.
