Green Beans with Parmesan and Pecans

1 cup coarse white bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. olive oil
¾ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup finely chopped pecans
1 lb. green beans trimmed
2 oz. feta cheese crumbled
½ cup whipping cream
¼ tsp. Kosher salt
¼ tsp. pepper
Preheat oven to 400. Drizzle olive oil over bread crumbs and add ¼ cup Parmesan cheese. Stir in pecans.
Cook beans in boiling water to cover 3 – 4 minutes or until crisp tender. Drain. Plunge into ice water.
Drain and pat dry. Toss together beans, cheese, whipping cream, salt and pepper.
Pack mixture into individual 4 ramekins, cover with foil, and place on baking sheet. Can also put entire mixture into a single bowl and cover with foil. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle with crumb mixture. Bake 8 more minutes or until golden brown. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
