10/20/2014 Chocolate Ganache Glaze
Chocolate Ganache Glaze14 oz. chocolate candy melts or chocolate almond bark
½ cup whipping cream
Chop candy melts or almond bark into tiny pieces. You could also use a food processor.
Heat whipping cream in a saucepan just to the boiling point. Do not boil.
Remove from heat and add chopped chocolate.
Stir until smooth and glossy.
If the mixture is too thick, add 1-2 tablespoons of whipping cream.
