Pork Chops with Apples and Stuffing

1 pkg. (6 oz.) Stove Top Chicken Stuffing Mix
1 can (21 oz.) apple pie filling
6 boneless pork loin chops


Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Brown pork chops in a little bit of oil.
Prepare stuffing as directed on package.
Spread pie filling onto the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking dish; top with pork chops and stuffing.
Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour.

***If you like a crunchier stuffing: turn heat to 375 degrees and bake for 40 minutes, uncovering after 30.***
