Company Potatoes

1 package shredded hash browns                   
1 pint heavy whipping cream                                  
1 package 16-slice Kraft American cheese               
 ½ cup onions, finely chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
½ cup butter melted
½ loaf white bread, torn into 1” cubes

In large bowl, combine shredded hash browns whipping cream, cheese (torn into strips), and season with salt and pepper. Place in greased 9 X 13 pan. In a separate bowl, saturate bread with butter. Sprinkle over the top of the potatoes. Bake at 350 for one hour. Watch carefully so bread crumbs don’t get so dark.
