Chicken Salad with Cranberries

2 cups cooked and cubed chicken
1 medium stalk celery, chopped (1/2 cup)
1 small onion, chopped (1/3 cup)
½ cup dried cranberries
¼ green apple shredded
¼ cup chopped pecans
½ cup mayonnaise
1 – 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
¼ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. lime juice
¼ tsp. dried dill weed

Combine mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper, lime juice, and dill weed. Set aside. Combine chicken, celery, onion, dried cranberries, apple, and pecans. Pour dressing over and stir to combine. Serve on lettuce or bread.
