Mexican Beef Sandwiches

2 ½ pound boneless beef roast
8 oz. can tomatoes
1 medium onion, chopped
½ cup chopped celery
½ small can chopped green chilies
½ Tbsp. salsa or hot sauce
½ tsp garlic salt
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper

Put roast in crock pot. Combine the rest of the ingredients and pour over roast. Cook in crock pot on low for 12 hours. Shred and serve in buns.
