11/18/2013 Fluffy Salad
Recipe Courtesy of Marilyn Hahne1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple 1 (3 oz) box Jell-O, flavor of your choice 1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened 3 Tbsp milk 1 small tub of Cool Whip, thawed 1 can pineapple rings, optional
Put pineapple and Jell-o in small pan, bring to a boil.
Remove from heat and cool completely. Once cooled, beat softened cream cheese and 3 Tbsp milk until smooth, mix in with pineapple mixture.
Fold in the Cool Whip. Place in refrigerator for 3 hours or overnight.
Can top with pineapple rings if you’d like.
This salad goes a long way.
