George’s Ranch Ham Roll Ups
Recipe Courtesy of George Mohr6-10 ounces of ham, smoked turkey or smoke salmon, chopped ½ can of black olives, chopped 1 small jar of pimentos, drained 1 tsp. onion, chopped 2- 8 ounce pkgs. of cream cheese, softened 2 Tbsp. salad dressing 2 Tbsp. sour cream 1 Tbsp. yellow mustard 1 pkg. dry ranch dressing mix 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
Mix all ingredients well.
George uses a food processor to do this step.
Spread on flour tortillas.
Roll tightly, wrap with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
Cut into ½ to ¾ inch slices.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
**We used green spinach tortillas and stacked into a Christmas tree for a festive spin to use this Holiday season.**
**George puts his on a Ritz cracker and then tops with a slice of cucumber, fresh mushroom, halved black or green olive or a Hosmer favorite is to top with a slice of onion.**
