Recipe Courtesy of Kaye Vander VorstFresh or frozen cooked and cleaned shrimp with tails-on, thawed Cocktail sauce Fresh parsley, optional Fresh lemon slices, optional
If shrimp are frozen, thaw overnight in the fridge or remove shrimp from bag and thaw in a strainer under cold running water for about 3 minutes; use immediately.
Place cocktail sauce in a condiment cup. Place small cubes of ice around the condiment cup and place the shrimp around the rim of the glass with the tails on the outside.
Add lemon slice for garnish to the rim of the glass by placing a small cut in the lemon. Enjoy!
