Greens with Honey Mustard Dressing

8 oz. spring greens, lettuce or spinach
1 carrot shredded
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 cup grape tomatoes
1 crisp apple, thinly sliced
3 green onions, sliced

¾ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup honey
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 Tbsp. spicy brown mustard
2 tsp. lemon juice

Combine salad ingredients and set aside.
Whisk the mayonnaise, honey, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and lemon juice in a bowl.
Pour into a jar with a tight-fitting lid. Store in the refrigerator. Shake well before using.
